My Recommended Books
One of the most impactful habits that will change your life is Personal Development or PD. PD entails reading and listening to audiobooks or podcasts that teach you to improve yourself, your mindset, and your inner world. You will learn more about the blindspots and thoughts or traits that contribute to fear, anxiety, and many other negative mood states and hold you back from achieving your dreams. With greater awareness, you can INTENTIONALLY change negative patterns and create more positive ones.
Some people like to read books. I personally love Audible because I have more time to listen in my car or on my phone than I do to actually read. Even 5 minutes a day makes a big difference. You may hear one nugget that can alter what you think all day long, thereby changing how you experience your day.
