Dr. Perlman helps patients break free from symptoms and reach their goals by providing education about their difficulties, offering encouragement, and empowering individuals with skills and tools that will enable them to improve the quality of their life. Dr. Perlman conducts a comprehensive evaluation to assess the nature of the patient’s problems and works with each patient to set treatment goals. If there are multiple goals to address, she will work with each individual to prioritize goals and create a systematic plan for addressing them.
Dr. Perlman's highest priority is always to make each patient feel safe and comfortable to discuss personal difficulties. Maintaining confidentiality is of utmost importance. Dr. Perlman will not share any information without written consent with the exception of emergency situations.
